We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. As a handcrafted business, processing times may vary slightly, but we always work with care to ensure your order is packaged beautifully and arrives safely.

All orders are processed within 1–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.

Standard Delivery:
We use Royal Mail 2nd Class for all parcels. This helps keep shipping affordable while ensuring reliable delivery.

Delivery times may vary depending on seasonal demand and Royal Mail delays.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, incorrect addresses entered at checkout, or circumstances outside our control.

If your order has not arrived after 10 working days from dispatch, please contact us and we will look into it for you.
