At Incense Of Grace, we're committed to creating ease and purpose in your home while reducing unnecessary waste. That's why we've introduced our Jar Return Programme.

By returning your empty candle jars, you're helping us give them a second life wherever possible.

Return 3 or more clean Incense Of Grace candle jars in one parcel and receive 10% off your next online order.

If you no longer have a use for your Incense Of Grace cotton bag, you're welcome to return it too. While it doesn't count towards the reward, we'll reuse it wherever possible.

How it works

1. Complete the return form below.
2. If your return includes 3 or more candle jars, we'll email you a prepaid InPost QR code or return label within 1–2 working days.
3. Pack your items securely and drop them off at your nearest InPost Locker or Shop.
4. Once we've received and approved your return, we'll email you your 10% discount code.

Before you return your items

Please give your candle jars a quick clean before sending them back. Simply soak them in warm, soapy water to remove any remaining wax.

There's no need to worry if the labels or wick sustainers don't come away easily—we'll take care of that.

Terms & Conditions

• Available to UK customers only.
• We currently accept Incense Of Grace candle jars and cotton bags.
• To qualify for the reward, each return must include 3 or more clean, empty Incense Of Grace candle jars in one parcel.
• Candle jars must be free from cracks or chips.
• Cotton bags are welcome but do not count towards the reward.
• One 10% discount code will be issued per approved return.
• Discount codes are valid for one online order and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer unless otherwise stated.
• Incense Of Grace reserves the right to amend or withdraw this programme at any time.
